Total Body Training (TBT) is a full body workout that incorporates strength training with dumbbells, cardiovascular training, and core training.  TBT is a fast paced workout that moves continuously between strength and cardio training, using the tempo of the music to dictate the tempo of the exercises.  While this is a high-intensity class, all exercises can be modified to be low impact or use light weights.
